IV Therapy

Every intravenous therapy at Hope is prescribed by a clinician at the appropriate dose and given by a licensed nurse, so that safety comes first and the treatment has the best chance of working.

The following are examples of popular IV Therapies & Support Infusions. Individual tailored formulations are available based on your biology and specific needs:

  • Core wellness & hydration

  • Athletes

  • Nursing mothers

  • Liver detox

  • Metabolic / weight management support

  • Heavy metal chelation

  • Diabetic support

  • Nutritional deficiencies

  • Hair, skin & nail support

  • Neurological, longevity & specialised (e.g. nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide -NAD)

  • Mitochondrial / chronic‑fatigue support

  • Well-women and men’s health

  • Bespoke treatments

A word of caution...

Your safety is non‑negotiable. An infusion goes straight into your bloodstream, so what is in the bag matters as much as who is holding the needle.

Unregulated providers can cut costs and corners in three places you cannot see: the staff, the dose and the ingredients. Cut‑price raw materials of unknown origin, made in unknown facilities, may be under‑dosed, contaminated, or never approved for injection at all.

We use pharmaceutical‑grade ingredients only. Licensed medicinal products from known manufacturers, obtained through proper medical supply channels, with the manufacturer, batch number and expiry date on every label.

Every infusion is prescribed by a doctor and given by a licensed nurse, at a full therapeutic dose, in line with Dubai Health Authority standards. If a price looks too good to be true, it usually is.

Feeling Tired, Bloated or Just Not Yourself?
Nutrition May Hold Your Answers

It Might Be What You’re Eating, or What Your Body Can’t Use

You might be eating well but still feel exhausted, foggy, anxious or unwell. The reason is often surprisingly simple: your body isn’t absorbing the nutrients it needs. This can happen because of food intolerances you don’t know about, gut problems that haven’t been properly investigated, or even your genetics, the unique way your body was built to process food.

For example, up to 40% of people carry a common gene mutation in their MTHFR gene that affects how their body uses folate and B‑vitamins, which are essential nutrients for energy, mood, fertility and brain function. If your body can’t convert these vitamins into their active form, you may feel chronically tired, anxious or struggle to fall pregnant, even though your blood tests look “normal”.

At Hope Health & Healing, our Clinical Dietitian & Nutritionist and Paediatric Nutrition Specialist Raya Abu Younis MSc investigates why you feel the way you do and creates a nutrition plan tailored to your body, your genes and your lifestyle.

🔍

Is This for You?

You don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from seeing a clinical dietitian. If any of the situations below sound familiar, nutrition support could be the missing piece.

🧤

Digestive Problems That Won’t Go Away

You’ve been bloated for months. You swing between constipation and diarrhoea. Certain foods leave you in pain, but you can’t figure out which ones. Your doctor says your tests are normal, but you know something isn’t right. A structured nutrition plan can identify triggers and calm your gut.

😴

Always Tired, Foggy or Low

You sleep enough but wake up drained. You can’t concentrate at work. You feel anxious or low for no obvious reason. Your hair is thinning or your nails keep breaking. These are classic signs that your body is missing key nutrients, even when standard blood tests say that you’re “fine”.

🤲

Trying to Conceive, Pregnant or Postpartum

Nutrition during this stage shapes your baby’s health for life. If you carry a gene variant like MTHFR, standard folic acid supplements may not work properly for you, and you need the active form of folate instead. Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, managing morning sickness, or rebuilding your body after birth, specialist nutrition support makes a real difference.

👶

Your Child is a Picky Eater or Has Growth Concerns

Your child only eats five foods. Mealtimes are a battle. They’re not gaining weight the way they should, or they have ongoing tummy troubles. Mealtime tips and tricks can help resolve these concerns smoothly and easily.

🧩

Your Child is on the Spectrum or is Diagnosed with a Neurodiverse Condition

Children with autism (ASD), ADHD or sensory issues are especially at risk of nutrient gaps. Even small, carefully guided changes to their diet can improve energy, behaviour and growth.

🏥

You Have a Chronic Condition Affecting Absorption

Conditions like coeliac disease, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis, or even long‑term use of anti‑acid medication can quietly starve your body of essential nutrients and vitamins, even when you eat a healthy diet. If you’ve had your gallbladder removed or live with cystic fibrosis, your digestion works differently and needs specialist support.

🧬

You’ve Had Genetic Testing and Want to Know What to Do

Maybe you’ve done a DNA test and discovered you have an MTHFR gene mutation or other gene variants. You’ve read confusing information online but don’t know what it means for your diet. Raya translates your genetic results into a practical, personalised eating plan, giving you the right foods and the right supplements, in the right form for your body.
